Who can apply for a guaranteed phone contract?

Anyone with a poor credit rating and facing problems of approval for a phone contract from major providers is welcome to make an application for a guaranteed phone contract. These contracts are in fact offered especially for people with bad credit.

What are the requirements?

The requirements when applying for a guaranteed phone contract are just the basics, which include your proof of identification, proof of income, billing address and your bank details if you opt to set-up an automatic payment method for your monthly dues. Like usual, you must also be at least be 18 years and a United Kingdom resident to be eligible.

What are the available handsets for selection?

How long do your contracts last?

All phone contracts at MUNROE Phones last for 24 months. This means you are required to pay a monthly fee that should cover your monthly phone service usage.

How do I pay for my monthly fee?

You can pay for your phone over the counter or you can set-up an automatic debit deduction via your debit account. For convenience, we recommended that latter option when paying for your phone bill. This way, you won’t have to worry about missing your due date.

What if I want to upgrade my phone? Can I do that?

Upgrading to a different phone or package is available if you’re a few months to finishing the contract. When you’re eligible for said upgrade, one of our representatives will get in touch with you.

Do you run credit checks?

Because our mission is to help customers with bad credit problems, we do not require you to have a good credit score to get approval of a phone contract plan. You’ll just need to meet the requirements and your application is almost always as good as approved.

Do I need to be employed to be eligible?

Ideally, we require customers to be fully employed to be eligible for a phone contract. But we can also be flexible. So long as you can provide proof of income and you can manage the monthly fees, you are welcome to apply.

When can I receive my phone?

As soon as your application is approved, we’ll have your handset shipped immediately. You should receive it within 24 to 48 hours. You can also pick up the handset yourself at our office if that’s more convenient for you.

What happens if I delay or miss a payment?

If you delay or miss a payment, there are related charges you might incur. Make sure you mark your calendars every month to avoid overspending on your phone bill. Again for the sake of convenience, we’d recommend that you sign up for our auto debit deduction to take care of your monthly dues.
